Hello loyal H and H Club Readers!

Today's blog is a little different. We are running a contest of sorts. A MAN CONTEST, and we need your help to spread the word.

We are always looking for ways to stay relevant to our readership and, as such, we want to include another male voice. Our plan is to make Fridays our MAN day!

This is where you come in. Send this on to any of your male blogger (or writer) friends to be considered to join our team.

Guidelines:

1) You must be male (duh!)

2) You must be over the age of 24

3) You must be an experienced blogger or have writing experience

4) You must be interested in writing about issues of personal growth, health and environmental issues

Anyone interested should email us at: peace@healthandhappinessclub.com with a writing sample. We will choose finalists to write a guest blog and we will announce the winner on Monday, February 22nd.

So get the word out! Now is the chance for any dudes with a point of view to have a voice. Send in your samples!!
